I’m pleased to report that the House Democratic Caucus has posted the video of the trade briefing I spoke at today that was sponsored by Representatives Marcy Kaptur of Ohio, a Democrat, and Walter Jones of North Carolina, a Republican.

Unfortunately, the video’s quality is not terrific; if it can be cleaned up, I’ll certainly let you know.  Robert Scott of the Economic Policy Institute leads off the discussion about the economics of President Obama’s request for sweeping new trade negotiating authority, and his pursuit of the Trans-Pacific Partnership and other agreements.  I come in at about the 23-minute mark.
