Heckuva busy day today! Hot on the heels of my interview on Connecticut’s WATR-AM, and the publication of my new article in The Hill, I’ll be appearing on John Batchelor’s nationally syndicated radio program tonight to discuss President Obama’s big Pacific Rim trade deal and its likely impact on the U.S. economy. John, co-host Gordon Chang, and I will also be focusing on the fast track legislation that would give the president a near-blank check to pursue the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP).
If you can’t tune in at 10 PM EST tonight, I’ll post a link to the podcast as soon as one is available. But wouldn’t it be more fun to listen live at this link?
Thanks Alan, I hadn’t been aware that Anglo-Americans were the primary globalists – my English language chauvinism probably. I also say the low wage, mainly Asian countries support ‘globalism.’ Not that they believe in the free trade, etc. concepts at all, I guess they are ‘mercantilists’, but they are the beneficiaries of globalism, the terms of trade favor them greatly, something I mostly learned of from your site here. Now the TPP advocates are admitting for the first time in MSM that all those other trade deals they sold us were one-sided rip offs, so let’s give away national sovereignty to tribunals staffed by global corporate attorneys… Obama particularly grates: ‘I’m a man of the people – trust me.’
